TERMS OF ORDER

1. No cancellations accepted after 7 days from order date.

2. Please examine all merchandise upon receipt. Claims must be made within one week of receipt of goods.

3. All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Please email/fax Customer Service (cservice@alexiacrawford.com) to request a Return Authorization number (RA#).

4. Returns of damages will be repaired/replaced at manufacturer’s discretion. Other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee – no exceptions. All merchandise must be in the original condition to be accepted.

5. Signature on orders authorizes ACI to ship without further notification within the dates assigned, and to charge to credit card number written above or on file any amount due. Please note we will not charge the credit card until day of shipping.

6. 1.5% monthly finance charge for accounts not paid after 30 days.

7. First order COD or credit card. Subsequent orders Net 30 at manufacturer’s discretion – please provide credit sheets when requesting terms.

8. NO POSTDATED CHECKS ACCEPTED.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

1. Alexia Crawford Inc. ships to all fifty US States and worldwide via UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O.BOX ADDRESSES. If you need delivery by a specific date, please call 1-212-629 6615. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

2. All standard deliveries within the US are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise specified. To request express shipping call 1-212-629-6615. We reserve the right to increase the cost for express shipments.
